  • Selling exclusively through My Open Home will incur an additional small fee for all new website listings and management with a one-off fee of $680.00
  • In some exclusive listing circumstances, we may recommend a certified registered valuation for $720.00
  • All feature film, video and photography content, floor plans, digital marketing strategy, website and social media management, and post-production are all covered by our own in-house media marketing team – My Open Home Media 
  • DIY – Do it Yourself marketing packages will be advertised on our recommended websites and through our exclusive digital marketing strategies will be FREE as this is covered by our in-house media marketing team My Open Home Media. 
  • Fees are paid on completion of all media marketing content prior to listing exclusively or purchasing as a DIY ( Do It Yourself ) marketing package that we will provide for you. (see website details on packages )
  • Once the Offer and Acceptance have taken place through a My Open Home exclusive listing we will organise a time to meet at the property between Vendor,  Agent and Buyer. No party is obliged to proceed on a purchase however if the purchaser/s is happy enough to proceed then My Open Home will organise contracts to be forwarded to both Vendor and Purchaser/s solicitors or conveyancers in preparation for an exchange of contracts.

  • Once an offer is accepted a final inspection is made with the MY OPEN HOME agent, no party are obliged to proceed at this point. After a satisfactory final inspection of the property, contracts are organised between both parties.
  • Our software and technologies also maintain the best in marketing and being in-house having also produced by qualified marketing experts. We are also able to pass on the savings as other agencies have to outsource these services and pass on the cost to their own vendors.
